vPlease note that for all meetings held at Sneydlands, Bryans Lane, Rugeley, parking is available behind the Magistrates’ Courts nearby.

The barrier will be manned from about 7.10 till 7.25 p.m.

The very limited parking at Sneydlands must be reserved for the residents, their visitors and the emergency services.

A walk around Alrewas with Roger Hailwood.  Meet at the Church in Post Office Road. This will take us around the part of the village we did not walk in 2014.  There will be a small charge based on the number of members attending.  Please book with Glenys.

A visit to Elford Hall Garden Project.  Meet at the Garden which lies midway between
Alrewas and Tamworth on the A513.  Please book with Glenys in advance as they
would like final numbers 7 days before the visit.

County Archaeologist, Stephen Dean will visit us again to tell us about further developments in Staffordshire Archaeology, including an update on the Staffordshire Hoard.

The Landor (Local History) Society serves Rugeley, Staffordshire and the neighbouring parishes.  We care about the heritage of the town of Rugeley and its surrounding area.
